The problem it addresses
Public financial data exists in abundance, but it arrives raw, scattered and at a pace nobody can follow by hand. The problem isn't access: it's turning it into something usable before it stops being current.
What it is
A complete web application: continuous data ingestion from external sources, processing, AI-assisted analysis, user accounts, subscriptions and billing. Founded by Hamza El Fene, designed, built, deployed and operated within H&S.
What building it demonstrated
- Keeping continuous data ingestion inside a hard vendor budget — the constraint that most often breaks this kind of platform.
- Wiring subscription billing end to end, including the awkward cases: payment retries, refunds, plan changes.
- Embedding a language model in a real product, with a measured cost per request and a defined behaviour when the provider doesn't answer.
- Running the thing in production: monitoring, backups, database migrations without taking the service down.

The problem it addresses
An internal H&S project, with its brand and visual identity established.
What it is
Development is under way and the project is not commercially available. We mention it because it exists, not because it counts as a reference.
And the system that runs the company
H&S runs its own business in a CRM we designed and built: thirty data models, sales pipeline, contacts, follow-ups, meetings, decision register and audit log. It runs as a permanent service and we use it every day. It's the same foundation installed at a client — we don't sell software we don't use ourselves.
What isn't on this page yet
Our first client case studies will appear here when they exist, with a name, a date and the written consent of the client concerned. Not before. In the meantime, what you can evaluate is our products and our prototypes.
